I absolutely loved the decoration of the hotel, it was so elegant and charming. The general areas were beautifully maintained and had a warm and cozy ambiance. As a senior woman, I found the hotel's accessibility to be excellent. The hallways were wide and well-lit, making it easy for me to navigate with my walking stick. The elevator was also very convenient, saving me from the trouble of climbing stairs. it was a comfortable and senior-friendly environment.

I would have appreciated a more attentive approach from the children working there. Just a little more assistance and warmth would have made my vacation even better.

During the stay everything was good and I got ironing as a compliment. There was a tub in the private bathroom. The location was best possible and brilliant, near most amenities. Staff was helpful, and I loved the hostess.

I chose Luxury Apartments Justingerweg because it was conveniently located near the Old City of Bern, which I wanted to explore. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the free parking available at the apartment. Additionally, the complimentary wireless Internet access allowed me to stay connected during my stay. I also loved the well-equipped kitchenettes with full-sized refrigerators/freezers, stovetops, microwaves, and separate dining areas offered by this 4-star Bern aparthotel in Kirchenfeld-Schosshalde.
